Financial Gifts to the Cathedral

How can I include a gift for the Cathedral in my Will or Revocable Living Trust?

Use the following language when remembering the Cathedral in your Will and/or
Revocable Living Trust. Bequests may be in the form of a stated dollar amount or a percentage of the residual estate.

Unrestricted Gifts

Restricted Gifts

I give the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, a Wisconsin non-profit organization, [the sum of $_____] or [a specific asset] or [ ____% of the remainder of my estate] to be used for [name specific ministry or purpose.] If at any time it is impossible or impractical to carry out the above purpose, the Pastor and Trustees shall determine a use as near as possible to that described.
